Returns & Refunds
At S.A.Gems, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your loose diamond or eligible jewelry, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Loose diamonds: First return is free; additional returns may incur a fee (see below).

Finished jewelry: Only jewelry marked as returnable on the product page can be returned and is subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the day the item is delivered to request a return or exchange, for both loose diamonds and eligible finished jewelry.
Eligibility for Returns
Loose diamonds
To qualify for a loose diamond return:

Diamonds must be in their original, unmounted, unused condition.

All original packaging, certificates, and documents must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Finished jewelry

Only finished jewelry explicitly marked as “returnable” on the product page is eligible.

Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and documents.

All eligible finished jewelry returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee based on the order amount for the returned jewelry item(s).
Non-returnable items

Custom-designed jewelry cannot be returned or refunded after the design has been approved by the customer, unless the completed piece is not as described by us.

Items purchased through group orders, final sale, or otherwise marked non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.
- The Returns Policy does not apply to customers who choose our “30% Deposit - Up to 60 Days to Pay” option. The reason is that the extended length of time already being offered for the client to pay for the item. If you are not sure what you are ordering is right for you, please contact one of our team members or gemmologist to help you make the right choice when ordering.
Return Fees
Loose diamonds

We offer one free return of loose diamonds per customer with a prepaid, insured shipping label.

Any additional returns of loose diamonds may be subject to a $50 restocking fee per return shipment.
Finished jewelry

All eligible finished jewelry returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

The fee is deducted from your refund for the returned jewelry item(s).
How to Return Your Diamonds or Jewelry
1. Contact us
Email info@sagems.co with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid, insured shipping label and instructions.
2. Prepare your package
Securely package the item(s) in the original box, including all documentation and certificates.
For security, do not write “S.A.Gems” on the outside of the package.
3. Ship your return
Send the package using the provided shipping label. The label ensures your items are insured against loss or damage during transit.
What Happens Next

Once your return arrives at our facility, our Quality Assurance team will review it within 4–7 business days.

If the return meets our conditions, we’ll send you an email confirmation and issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For finished jewelry, the 35% restocking fee (and any applicable restocking fee for additional loose-diamond returns) will be deducted from the refund.

To exchange a diamond or eligible jewelry item:

Follow the return steps above for the original item.

Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Exchanges are processed as returns, so the same eligibility rules and fees apply (including the 35% restocking fee on finished jewelry and the loose diamond return rules above).

Shipping Time
Expect your selected loose diamonds to be delivered within 10-14 business days, following a processing period of 1-2 days. Custom Jewelry will take up to 25 days to be manufacture and 5 days to be delivered.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 1-3 business days.
