30% Deposit (Up To 60 Days To Pay)

S.A.Gems offers a deposit option that lets you secure your jewelry order by paying a 30% deposit upfront. This ensures the diamond, ring, or jewelry item(s) you’ve ordered are reserved for you and are no longer available for anyone else to purchase.

In some cases, the item may still appear as available for a couple of hours until our inventory updates. If you see that, don’t worry, your order is still reserved once the deposit is placed.

How to place a deposit order

To use the deposit option at checkout, enter the discount code: DEPOSIT
This will convert your order into a deposit order (30% due today).

Important notes

  • This is not a “Get it Now, Pay Later” option. Your jewelry will only be released/shipped once the full balance is paid.

  • This option is meant to reduce the pressure of paying the full amount upfront, while still securing your item.

Production timeline

Once the 30% deposit is paid, your order will begin processing. Depending on the item, production may take 2–4 weeks.

You then have up to 60 days from the original purchase date to pay the remaining balance.

Paying the balance

There is no fixed weekly payment amount. After your deposit order is placed, you will receive an invoice. You can pay the remaining amount at any time, until the balance is cleared.

Please use your invoice number as the payment reference so we can match the payment correctly.

Returns, cancellations, and forfeitures

By using the 30% deposit – Up to 60 days to pay option, our standard return policy does not apply.

  • No refunds are offered on deposit orders.

  • If you change your mind or the remaining balance is not paid within 60 days of the original purchase date, the 30% deposit is forfeited.
    This helps cover manufacturing costs and diamond re-stocking.

We may send payment reminders by email approximately every 30 days.

Exception (incorrect item received)

If, for any unusual reason, you do not receive what you originally ordered, we will offer a full refund. This must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Final reminder

Please ensure the remaining balance is paid within 60 days of placing your deposit. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the initial 30% deposit.
