After your purchase, you’ll have two options for choosing your center diamond:

• You Choose: We’ll provide a curated list of diamonds based on the ring you choose. Each diamond will come with a 3D video and its certification for your review.
  
• We Choose: One of our diamond experts will handpick a diamond for you, You will receive a 3D video and the diamond’s certification.

• The most convenient approach to care for your jewellery is through proactive maintenance.
• Cleaning your pieces on a regular basis helps to reduce residue buildup, which can degrade the original shine.
• When not in use, store in a safe, dry location to protect against the weather.
• To avoid damage, store pieces separately.
• Before storing, make sure the pieces are totally dry.

All of our jewelry is currently made to order, with a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks for production.

Shipping Time

Expect your selected loose diamonds to be delivered within 10-14 business days, following a processing period of 1-2 days. Custom Jewelry will take up to 25 days to be manufacture and 5 days to be delivered. 

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 1-3 business days.

At S.A.Gems, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 7 days from the shipment date to return or exchange your loose diamonds, completely free of charge. For assistance, please contact our support team at info@sagems.co.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the diamonds must be in their original, unmounted, and unused condition, accompanied by all original packaging and documents. Proof of purchase is required. Custom designed jewelry cannot be returned or refunded after the design has been approved by the customer unless the completed piece is not as described.  

How to Return Your Diamonds

1. Contact Us
   Initiate your return by emailing info@sagems.co with your order details. We will provide you with a prepaid, insured shipping label and instructions.

2. Prepare Your Package
   Securely package the diamonds in the original packaging. Ensure all documentation is included. For security, do not write 'S.A.Gems' on the outside of the package.

3. Ship Your Return
   Return the package using the provided shipping label. This label ensures that your items are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Processing Your Return
We process returns within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for our Quality Assurance team to review the returned diamonds.

Refunds
If the return meets our conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange a diamond, please return the original and place a new order for the replacement.
