What is a Group Buy?
A group buy is a special offer where customers come together to purchase a product as a group. By combining orders, the group unlocks exclusive discounts based on the total number of participants. The more people join the group, the bigger the discount for everyone!

FAQs for Group orders
If the timer expires before the group reaches the minimum number of participants, the group order will not proceed. You can still purchase the product at its regular price or wait for the next group order opportunity.
The progress bar only shows confirmed participants. If someone cancels, the number will decrease, and the group will need additional participants to meet the goal.
The discount amount increases with additional participants beyond the minimum required. The more people who join the group order, the greater the discount everyone receives. The current discount amount is displayed at the top of the progress bar, allowing you to see how much you’ll save as the group grows.
Once the minimum number of participants is met, you don’t need to take any further action. We’ll send you an email with the discounted price and instructions to complete your purchase after the deadline.
The group offer is specific to the product displayed on the group order page. However, you’ll be able to choose between the different variants offered (for example, selecting your desired CTW).
Group order discounts cannot be merged with other promotions or discounts. The group order pricing is already specially reduced for participants.
It takes about 3 business weeks after the group order deadline for your product to be manufactured. Once ready, delivery takes an additional 4 business days. You’ll receive updates via email throughout the process.
We do not offer refunds on items ordered through a group order. Please ensure you’re confident in your selection before participating in a group order. If you have any questions, our customer support team is happy to assist.
We respect your privacy. Your personal information (such as name, payment details, and address) is not shared with other group members. We only use your information internally for processing and shipping your order.
Yes! If you’re interested in customizing your piece, such as choosing a unique color, setting, or design, please fill out the contact form available on the group buy page with your specific request. Our team will review your submission, confirm availability, and provide you with pricing and next steps.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to order multiple pairs. Your additional pairs count toward the group’s total order count, helping the group reach higher discount tiers faster. Once the group minimum is met, all pairs you order will be offered at the discounted group rate.
